Toles is a 10-year entertainment industry professional with a wide breadth of experience in marketing, distribution, sales & acquisitions. He began his career at New Line Cinema in 1997 in their International Releasing department. Since then, he's worked at Warner Bros. and Paramount Home Entertainment where he supervised marketing and strategy for their burgeoning TV on DVD business while simultaneously acting as brand manager for the crown jewel of the Paramount library, the Star Trek franchise.

His next move was to Rhino Entertainment, where as Director of Marketing & Acquisitions, he was responsible for all aspects of exploiting and expanding their catalog of non-music based content. From Rhino, Toles was hired by mega-indie TV producer FremantleMedia, where as Vice President of Business Development for their Home Entertainment arm, he sheparded the company's 35,000 hours of worldwide programming into the North and South American home entertainment marketplace.
